Beautiful clothes, lovely quality, fabulous service. Orders arrived in 3 days and everything beautiful. Had to return one item as too small. Was notified by email when they had received my returned parcel and refunded without any problem a few days later. Only found this company during lockdown and so pleased I did. Clothes have a uniqueness, just love them. Highly recommend Izabel.

Could not ask for more. Lovely styles, fantastic service. Order received within 2 days of ordering. In the case of having to return money back immediately. Best service ever. Just need a holiday to wear my lovely clothes. Best thi g in lockdown was my daughter recommending .????

Absolute fantastic service. The dress size I wanted wasn’t available online, so I emailed Izabel and asked if they were getting anymore stock in. Next thing they contacted me to say they located my size for me. One very happy customer, lovely to see that there is still a good company out there! Thank you

I had an email advising that there was a 20% discount on all items and when I tried to enter the discount code it was not recognised.
I contacted customer services who advised me to purchase and let them know the order number they then refunded the 20% back into my account
wonderful customer service as I was kept informed all the way through
I really love Izabel clothes they are well made and being a size 16 I always find their clothes flattering

Ordered a load of new bits from Izabel London. Every single item was brilliant which is so rare and fitted so well. They were all very flattering. My 4 year old even said "aw mummy, you look lovely"
